Hi there !
I'm Naema, an interactive media designer from Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
Ever since I was a child, around the age of 10, I've been captivated by visual creation. It all began with crafting small videos, short films, and video clips on Wednesday afternoons with friends, using nothing but an old phone from my parents. I didn't know it at the time, but these experiences planted the seeds of my love for cinema.
As the years unfolded, my passion for cinema blossomed. Each stage of my life, from drawing to playing the piano, played a role in shaping my creative perspective. It was at the age of 15, when I chose to immerse myself further in the world of visual communication by going to the School of Applied Arts of La Chaux-de-Fonds, that things took a decisive turn. It was there that I discovered media arts, and it was then that my camera became an extension of my artistic vision, and I discovered a new passion: photography.
Post-graduation, I ventured into enriching internships in the artistic and media domain. Collaborating with fellow enthusiasts reignited the spark planted years ago. It was then that my trusty camera evolved into a filming camera. Since then, I'm not just exploring; I'm fully immersed in the magic of filmmaking.
Today, I'm on a quest to deepen my understanding and practical skills in the audiovisual and cinema industry. While I have more experience in post-production, my heart leans towards the production side, especially the art of filming. I'm not bound by a single passion—I'm versatile, always seeking to create new things, and fueled by an insatiable curiosity.
My ultimate goal is simple: find something I'm passionate about and become the best at it.
